We‘re happy to announce the release of iodéOS 4.3. It is now out so make sure to check your Updater App for the new release!
As always, iodéOS has gone through beta testing before we released it into the wild. We’ve listened to your feedback and wishes and concentrated our efforts on two main areas this time:
- New iodéOS Premium functionnalities: Save and backup your customisations accross your devices! With this feature, setting up and maintaining iodéOS becomes easy if you manage all your familiy members’ devices, for example: Just set it up on one device and pull the settings on other devices as needed. Also handy if you transfer your settings from and old device to a new one.
As a reminder, this feature is only available for premium subscriptions. - Monthly security updates and blocklists updates. As a reminder, monthly security updates are available for beta testers, but in order to keep your device as private and secure as possible, we will now put an extra effort in releasing security updates on a monthly basis as well as updating our blocklists even more regularly, so you can rest assured that your data is safe and sound.
We’re always on the lookout to improve and become better, so we encourage you to contact us via email, in our forum or on Mastodon and give us feedback on what you want us to work on next. Speaking about the forum, we’re currently drawing a roadmap about what’s coming next regarding our developments; and we’re making a poll to get your input on this. We will share the roadmap in August.
