If you’re experiencing an issue with your iodé device, whether it’s hardware-related (such as problems with the screen, buttons, or charging port) or software-related (such as system errors, severe crashes, or abnormal behavior), you can contact us via http://iode.tech/contact. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach a photo or short video if it helps illustrate the problem.

We will first verify your order through our online store system. Once confirmed, our team will assess the situation and try to assist you remotely. This includes software troubleshooting, advice on updates, or guiding you through a factory reset. Many issues can be resolved this way without needing to return the device.

If the problem is too severe or cannot be resolved remotely, we may suggest returning the device for diagnosis. In that case, we will ask you to back up your data and perform a factory reset before sending it. You will receive a return procedure document with detailed instructions.

In case the problem is related to missing accessories or items in your package (like a forgotten phone case), we will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial refund depending on the case or send you the missing items.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and a PDF explaining the return procedure. You must reset the device to factory settings and package it properly following our instructions. The return address is:

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the case and warranty conditions.

Warranty Information

All refurbished iodé devices come with a one-year limited warranty covering failures not caused by physical damage or misuse. New iodé devices have longer warranties that differ depending on the model.
Software issues are generally resolved remotely. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage due to improper packaging during return. Refunds or repairs outside of warranty may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the device age and the nature of the issue. More information on the terms and conditions here.
