You should pay particular attention to these points:
Condition: Does the stated aesthetic condition match what you received? Take a picture of any scratches or signs of use and let us know if you don’t like something.
Battery: We replace the batteries with new ones as soon as their charge capacity falls below 85%. It is best to fully charge the battery and use the smartphone for a day to check that the battery performance is still good.
Buttons: Do all buttons work? Check whether the power button, the home button and the volume buttons can be pressed properly.
Connections: Check whether the cables can be plugged into the USB-C charging cable and jack headphone cable sockets without any problems and whether the cables remain securely plugged in.

A & B. The A or B rating is given after the device has been refurbished. All phones sold by us are 100% functional, regardless of the aesthetic condition.
Condition A: The device is in good condition. It may have very minor scratches on the casing or screen that can be seen when the device is switched on.
Condition B: The device has visible scratches. However, these have no effect on the functionality of the device.
