Thank you for volunteering to help improve iodéOS! Before each official release, our team tests new versions to ensure everything works smoothly. Your feedback as a beta tester is invaluable in making iodéOS better for everyone.
Available Beta Updaters
Each version of iodéOS has its own beta updater. Choose the one that matches your current version:
- UpdaterBetaIode2V4.apk – For iodé 2.x (Android 11) users, allowing you to test updates and transition to iodé 3.x (Android 12) when available.
- UpdaterBetaIode4v3.apk – For iodé 4.x (Android 13) users, allowing you to test updates and transition to iodé 5.x (Android 14) when available.
- UpdaterBetaIode5v2.apk – For iodé 5.x (Android 14) users, allowing you to test updates and transition to iodé 6.x (Android 15) when available.
- UpdaterBetaIode6v3.apk – For iodé 6.x (Android 15) users, allowing you to test updates and transition to iodé 7.x (Android 16) when available.
- UpdaterBetaIode7V1.apk – For iodé 7.x (Android 16) users, allowing you to test updates and transition to iodé 8.x (Android 17) when available.
How to Uninstall a Previous Updater
If you encounter issues installing a new updater, you may need to uninstall the previous version first:
- Open App Info by long-pressing the updater icon.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Uninstall updates.
- Alternatively, use the command:
adb uninstall org.lineageos.updater.
How to Provide Feedback
You’ll receive notifications when new beta updates are ready to install. If you encounter any issues, please report them through:
